When GIANT dogs attack! (9/14/09-194)

What do I do about this? An ex bf of mine sold one of our videos to some site and they won't take it down even though I never signed anything, and I don' t know what to do uggs.. if you have any ideas I posted where the vid is on my channel just take a look and let me know if you can help. Im so ashamed so please don't try to find me on there *mortified*
